Last Friday the girls and I started off Spring Break by heading to Brooklyn to visit the NY Transit Museum. We had a blast learning about the history of New York City’s mass transportation. We were there bright and early and pretty much had the place to ourselves. We took advantage of this by having our very own photo shoot in the subway cars on display from the different eras- 1900’s and beyond. Here are some of the pics from our adventure. I have also included some shots from DUMBO where we wandered over to have lunch and then walked home across the Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan. Hope you enjoy. Have a fabulous Wedenesday!
Wordless Wednesday: Striking A Pose At The Transit Museum

Love museums! One day I’ll make it to yankeedom, but this poor Texan has to stay local a little longer!
Transit Museum is a must on our list of things … my 6 YO boy LOVES trains!
What a fun idea, posing your girls like that. Much more interesting than the usual ‘stand there and smile’ photos almost everyone takes. Love the shots of the Brooklyn Bridge, my favorite!
