I am totally blissed out after spending the day at Le Nordik Spa with Nina and Kelly. It is one of my favorite things to do when I visit Ottawa. Massage, hot tubs, cold tubs, saunas, steam rooms, infinity pool, good food, wine, napping in a hammock- all in the beautiful Gatineau hills. It is an incredible way to spend the day. I am feeling grateful for wonderful friends and memorable days. And I am sooooo relaxed… Happy Wednesday đź’ś
